There's nothing like the freedom of an R.V. camping vacation. Just load up your vehicle and hit the open road. When you're ready to take a break from behind the wheel, roll your home away from home into Tomahawk. We have been welcoming travellers to the peaceful shores of Lake of the Woods for more than 60 years.	We have 30 pull through or back in sites with electricity, water, and sewer facilities. Newly installed large and spacious 50 amp service to accomodate the largest of rigs. Another 12 sites have water and electricity for pop-up & truck campers or just pitching a tent to enjoy the outdoor living!
The entire park is neatly groomed, so there's no tall grass or brush for the bugs to call home, yet every site is surrounded by beautiful mature trees that create a unique wilderness setting. Each site has a picnic table for family dinners and firepit, so you can grab a blanket and relax by the campfire.	Showers, washrooms and laundry facilities are cleaned daily and inspected regularly. They are an easy walk from all of the sites. We also have an office/store with souvenirs, clothing, fishing licenses, ice, and R.V. supplies, so you never have to leave "home". We'd love to see you pull in this summer!

Fishing, Fun, and Adventure

Lake of the Woods has provided world famous fishing excitement for decades. You can fish for Walleye, Perch, Northern Pike, Small and Largemouth Bass, Muskie, Lake Trout and Crappie.

We're equipped to handle all of your fishing and boating needs at our full service marina. Our knowledgable staff can assist you with reading lake maps, pointing out good fishing spots, choosing the proper tackle, assisting you with docking, fish cleaning, guide services and for anything you would need.

If you would prefer to bring your own boat, we have a concrete launching ramp and you will be assigned a private docking slip with electrical hook-up and carpeted bumpers all around. You can board and unload with ease and not have to worry about anyone bumping into your boat.

If your interested in renting we offer the newest and nicest fully-equipped fishing boats and motors on the lake available for daily or weekly rental. They are quality built Lund Boats powered by reliable electric start four stroke Yamaha outboards, purchased new every year. Each boat is equipped with pedestal seats, livewell, vinyl floor, large storage compartments, rod holders, depth finders and GPS's.

Whether you fish from sun up to sun down or simply enjoy a couple of hours on the lake, you'll enjoy the natural abundance of what Lake of the Woods has to offer. The lake is truly a natural wonder, with coverage of approximately 1485 square miles, 14,500 islands and 65,000 miles of shoreline.

You can spend hours on the lake exploring coves, bays, and secluded beaches. The rugged beauty of the Canadian Shield provides some of the most spectacular scenery in

North America. Besides the fantastic fishing and scenery you will find on the lake, you can also enjoy canoeing, paddleboating, hiking, beach water sports and wildlife photography right here at the resort!

Remember to pack your bathing suit when you come to Tomahawk. Every site in the R.V. Park is just a short walk from our own private beach. If you would rather keep your feet on dry land, we have horseshoe pits, grass volleyball court, a childrens playground and a beautiful hiking trail winding through the woods.

Intrested in golf? Tomahawk Resort is located near three very nice 18 hole courses(aprox 1hr. drive) and only a couple minute drive from a local nine-hole course. Sioux Narrows has some of the area's finest gift shops and if you would like to plan a night out there are some great local dining establishments. There really is something for everyone at Tomahawk, come give us a try and you will see why so many people come back year after year!

Reservation and Rate Information

A deposit is required on all reservations at Tomahawk Resort. We accept VISA and Mastercard deposits for reservations made by phone. We can also accept deposits by mail; however, reservations will not be held longer than ten days without receipt of deposit.

Deposits are refundable, less a 25% service charge, when the cancellation is made no less than thirty days prior to the scheduled check-in date. If the deposit is made within thirty days of the scheduled check-in date, the deposit is then non-refundable.

Site preference is noted when reserving. Guaranteed site selection requires a $15.00 non-refundable administration fee, in addition to your deposit.

We're Easy to Find...

Tomahawk is about one mile south of Sioux Narrows, Ontario, on Highway 71. That's about 90 miles north of the Canada-U.S. border, at International Falls, and 50 miles south of Kenora.

As you approach Sioux Narrows, watch for our billboards. They show the mileage remaining to Tomahawk. It won't be long and you'll see the sign for Tomahawk Road. For detailed driving directions you can add your address into the Google map tool. We'll be waiting! See you soon.
